Privacy Policy
Metricly is built to respect user privacy.
What we collect
For each pageview on a customer's website, Metricly stores: the URL visited, the referring URL, the browser user-agent string, and a timestamp. We do not set cookies, fingerprint devices, or collect IP addresses for tracking purposes.
Lawful basis (GDPR)
Metricly processes pageview data on the basis of the legitimate interest of website operators in understanding traffic. Because we do not use cookies or collect personal data from end-users, no consent banner is required in most jurisdictions.
Account data
To run your Metricly account we store: your email address, hashed password (if applicable), workspace name, website domain, and billing/plan status.
Data retention
Free plan: 30 days of pageview history. Pro plan: indefinite retention until you delete it.
Your rights
You may export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings. You may also email support to request erasure.
Subprocessors
We use Supabase (database, auth) and a hosting provider. We never sell your data.
